Hiring a service and getting in touch

When you like a listing you talk to its owner inside the app. You do not have to share your phone number.

Finding a listing

1. Open the Hizmet tab.
2. Narrow it down with the category chips at the top: dog walking, home care, training, boarding, pet taxi.
3. Pick your province from the province selector.
4. Tap a listing card to open its detail.

What the detail shows

The detail has the description, the fee type and the price if there is one. Some listings have no price; there the fee is agreed in conversation.

Getting in touch

İletişime geç (get in touch) opens an in app chat with the listing owner. The conversation also appears in your Chat tab, so you can come back to it later.

A problematic listing

If a listing has misleading information or breaks the rules, long press the listing detail to open the report menu. The report goes to the team.
