Reply time: within 30 days at the latest, usually much sooner.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from inside the app; the steps are in Deleting my account. If you cannot reach the app, write from the address registered to your account.
Emergencies
For an injured street animal or one in danger, call the official channels first. In Turkey: ALO 153 for the municipal hotline, 112 for emergencies. Qchu is not an emergency service.
