Reporting harmful content
Report content that harms animals, misleads people or is inappropriate. The report goes to the team and the person you report does not see it.
What to report
- Posts that involve harm to an animal.
- Fake pins, wrong or misleading information, wrong locations.
- Inappropriate photos, spam or duplicate content.
- Abusive language, harassment or exposure of personal details in chats.
How to report
The route depends on the type of content; all of them are in one table in Reporting. In short: long press menu on pins, long press on listings, the warning icon on businesses, and the ⋯ menu on user profiles.
After the report
The report goes straight to the team and the person you reported cannot see it. The outcome may be removal of the content or action on the account.
Emergencies and legal matters
If an animal's life is at risk, an in app report is not enough. In Turkey call ALO 153 for the municipal hotline or 112 for emergencies. If a crime is involved, contact the authorities.
Protecting yourself
Besides reporting someone who bothers you, you can also block them. They are two different things: Blocking a user.
